Why Choose Us?

Hi, I’m Holly, founder of the North Carolina Center for Autism and ADHD.

We provide specialized therapy, consultations, intensives, and comprehensive psychological evaluations for neurodivergent children, teens, and adults across North Carolina.

Our care is neurodiversity-affirming, evidence-informed, and deeply individualized. We do not believe in trying to “fix” who someone is. Instead, we help each person better understand their strengths, challenges, and needs so they can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and peace.

Families and adults come to us when they want a provider who truly understands autism, ADHD, learning and sensory differences, executive functioning challenges, emotional regulation, anxiety, social interaction, and the real-life experiences of neurodivergent individuals.

We work closely with clients, parents, partners, educators, physicians, and allied professionals to provide thoughtful recommendations and practical next steps to support success at home, at school, at work, and in the community.

Whether you are seeking therapy or a comprehensive psychological evaluation, our goal is to help you find answers, feel supported, and access expert care you can trust.
